Beam provides personal accident and third party insurance for all registered riders, provided the rider adheres to the relevant legislation governing e-mobility use. Please see our Insurance page for policy details.
Yes, they can simply select their Business profile when travelling for work, and Personal profile when travelling for non-work purposes. Separate payment methods for each profile ensures users charge their ride correctly.
Yes, vehicles can be reserved for a maximum of 30 minutes at a time at no cost.
